Ingredients:
Prepare Chicken:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) ¼ Cup
-Cornflour ¼ Cup
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) ½ tbs
-Water 1/3 Cup or as required
-Chicken thigh boneless 500g (cut in 1.5-inch cubes)
-Cooking oil for frying
Prepare Sauce:
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped ½ tbs
-Adrak (Ginger) chopped ½ tbs
-Tomato ketchup 2 tbs
-Soy sauce ¼ Cup
-Sirka (Vinegar) 2 tbs
-Water ¼ Cup
-Corn syrup 2 tbs (optional)
-Brown sugar powdered 2 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tbs or to taste
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Safed til (Sesame seeds) 1 & ½ tsp
-Mong phalli (Peanuts) coarsely chopped 1 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) sliced 3
-Til ka tel (Sesame oil) ½ tbs
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves
-Mong phalli (Peanuts) chopped
Directions:
Prepare Chicken:
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,cornflour,black pepper powder,salt,garlic paste,water & whisk well.
-Add chicken & mix well.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry chicken until light golden,take out chicken pieces & let it rest for a minute & fry again until crispy & set aside.
Prepare Sauce:
-In a wok,add garlic,ginger,tomato ketchup,soy sauce,vinegar,water,cornsyrup,brown sugar,red chilli powder,salt & red chilli crushed.
-Turn on the flame,mix well & cook on medium flame until it thickens (2-3 minutes).
-Add fried chicken & coat well.
-Add sesame seeds,peanuts,green chillies,sesame oil,green onion leaves & mix well.
-Sprinkle spring onion leaves,peanuts & serve!

-Bowl mein maida,cornflour,kali mirch powder,namak,lehsan paste aur pani dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Chicken dal dein aur ache tarhan mix karein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur chicken ko light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein phir bahir ek minute kliya bahir nikal lein aur dubara crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Sauce:
-Karahi mein lehsan,adrak,tomato ketchup,soy sauce,sirka,pani,cornsyrup,brown sugar,lal mirch powder,namak aur lal mirch crushed dal dein.
-Chulha on ker lein,ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
-Fried chicken dal ker ache tarhan coat ker lein.
-Safed til,mong phalli,hari mirch,safed til aur hara pyaz leaves dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Hara pyaz leaves aur mong phalli dal ker serve karein!
