Ingredients:
Prepare Kofta Kabab:
-Beef qeema (Mince) ½ kg
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped & squeezed 1 medium
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) crushed 1 tbs
-Mustard paste 1 tbs
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tbs or to taste
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Breadcrumbs 3 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs
-Cooking oil for frying
Prepare Sauce:
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) finely chopped ½ Cup
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) pureed 3-4 medium
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Paprika powder 1 & ½ tbs
-Chicken cube 1
-Water 1 & ½ Cup
-Fresh parsley chopped 1 tsp
-Makhan (Butter) 1 tsp
-Pyaz (Onion) rings
-Chawal (Rice) boiled
-Cheddar & Mozzarella cheese grated as required
-Fresh parsley chopped
Directions:
Prepare Kofta Kabab:
-In a bowl,add beef qeema,onion,ginger garlic paste,green chilli,mustard paste,pink salt,red chilli powder,cumin powder,lemon juice,breadcrumbs,fresh coriander & mix until well combined.
-Grease hands with oil,take a small quantity of mixture (60g) & make kababs of equal sizes (makes 10).
-In frying pan,heat cooking oil & fry kababs on low flame until golden brown (3-4 minutes each side).
Prepare Sauce:
-In a saucepan,add cooking oil,onion,garlic & sauté until translucent.
-Add all-purpose flour,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Add tomatoes,pink salt,black pepper powder,paprika powder,chicken cube,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add water,mix well & bring it to boil.
-Add fresh parsley & mix well.
-Heat sizzler pan,add butter & let it melt.
-Add onion rings,rice,kofta kabab,prepared sauce,cheese,fresh parsley & serve!

-Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur mixture ki small quantity (60g) la ker ek jaisay sizes ka kabab bana lein (makes 10).
-Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur halki ancch per golden brown ho janay tak fry ker lein (3-4 minutes each side).
Prepare Sauce:
-Saucepan mein cooking oil,pyaz aur lehsan dal ker translucent ho janay tak sauté ker lein.
-Maida dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Tamatar,pink salt,kali mirch powder,paprika ppwder aur chicken cube dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
-Fresh parsley dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Sizzler pan ko garam karein aur makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
-Pyaz rings,chawal,kofta kabab,tayyar sauce,cheese aur fresh parsley dal ker serve karein!
