Ingredients:
- Pani (Water) 2-3 Cups or as required
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1-2 tbs
- Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2
- Mong daal (Yellow lentil gram) 1/4 Cup (soaked for 10-15 minutes)
- Masoor daal (Orange lentil gram) 3/4 Cup (soaked for 10-15 minutes)
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) cubes 2 medium
- Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) ½ Cup
- Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
- Sabut lal mirch (Button red chillies) 4-5
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tbs
- Kari pata (Curry leaves) 15-20
Directions:
In pot,add water,red chili powder,turmeric powder,salt,ginger garlic paste,fresh coriander,green chili, yellow lentil gram,orange lentil gram,tomatoes,mix well and bring it to boil.
Cover partially and cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes or until tender then blend well with the help of the blender.
Add tamarind pulp,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
In frying pan,add cooking oil,button red chillies and mix.
Add cumin seeds,curry leaves and fry for 30 seconds.
Now pour tadka in daal & serve!

Directions:
Pot mein pani,lal mirch powder,haldee powder,namak,adrak lehsan paste,hara dhania,hari mirch,mong daal,masoor daal aur tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
Partially dhak dein aur halki ancch per 20-25 minutes ya daal gul janay tak paka lein phir hand blender ki madad sa ache tarhan blend ker lein.
Imli pulp dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
Frying pan mein cooking oil aur sabut lal mirch dal ker mix karein.
Zeera aur kari pata dal ker 30 seconds kliya fry ker lein.
Daal per tadka dal ker serve karein.
