Ingredients:
-Aloo (Potatoes) medium 1 kg

-Water as required

-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Haldi (Turmeric) powder ¼ tsp
-Chaat masala 2 tsp
-Zarda ka rang (Yellow food color) ¼ tsp

-Sugar powdered ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) powder ½ tsp or to taste
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & rushed 1 tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) cushed ½ tsp
-Chicken powder 1 tsp

-Water 2 Cups
-Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) 1 tbs
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste

-Chaat masala 1 tsp

-Tatri (Citric acid) ¼ tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
-Lemon juice

 

Direction:
-In a wok,add potatoes,water,cover & boil on medium flame for 7-8 minutes then strain,peel & set aside.
-In a bowl,add pink salt,turmeric powder,chat masala,yellow food color,sugar,red chilli powder, coriander seeds,red chilli crushed,chicken powder,mix well & set aside.
-In a jug,add water,tamarind pulp,pink salt,chaat masala,citric acid,mix well & set aside.

-In a bowl,add potatoes,mash well with the help of masher & sprinkle prepared masala.
-In a serving plate,add spicy mashed potatoes,khatai water,sprinkle fresh coriander,lemon juice & serve!
