Ingredients:
-Keri (Raw mangoes) 2 medium
-Pyaz (Onion) 2 medium
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tsp
-Sabut lal mirch (Button red chillies) 3-4
-Lehsan (Garlic) sliced 2-3 cloves
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 7-8
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Kala namak (Black salt) ½ tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1-2 tbs
-Podina (Mint leaves) 1-2 tbs
-Khopra (Desiccated coconut) 2-3 tbs
Directions:
-Peel,deseed,cut raw mangoes into small slices & set aside.
-Peel,chop onion & set aside.
-In mortal & pestle,add cumin seeds,button red chillies & crush well.
-Add garlic,green chillies,salt,black salt & crush well.
-Add fresh coriander,mint leaves & crush well.
-Add onion & crush well.
-Add raw mangoes & crush coarsely.
-Add desiccated coconut & crush well.
-Serve with roti or paratha!

-Hara dhania aur podina dal ker ache tarhan crush karein.
-Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan crush ker lein.
-Kari dal dein aur coarsely crush ker lein.
-Khopra dal ker ache tarhan crush ker lein.
