Ingredients:
- Simply Sufi breast fillets ½ kg
- Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Adrak lehsan (Ginger garlic) crushed 1 tbs
- Lemon juice 1 tbs
- Kasuri meethi (Dried fenugreek leaves) ½ tbs
- Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
- Besan (Gram flour) 4 tbs
- Anda (Egg) 1
- Laung powder (Clove powder) ¼ tsp
- Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp
- Sufi canola cooking oil 2-3 tbs
Salad:
- Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & julienne ½ Cup
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced ½ Cup
- Kheera (Cucumber) deseeded & julienne ½ Cup
- Gajar (Carrot) julienne ½ Cup
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Lemon juice 1 tbs
- Paprika powder 1 tsp
Directions:
Cut chicken fillets into large cubes.
In bowl,add chicken boneless cubes,white pepper powder,salt,ginger garlic,lemon juice and dried fenugreek leaves,mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.
In frying pan,add butter and let it melt,add gram flour and mix well until fragrant.
Take out 1 tbs of garm flour+butter mixture for later use.
In frying pan,add marinated chicken cubes,mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
Let it cool down.
In bowl,add egg,clove powder,cardamom powder,gram flour+butter mixture and whisk well.
In cooked chicken,add spiced egg mixture,coat well and insert chicken cubes onto the skewers (makes 9-10).
In grill pan,add sufi canola cooking oil and fry skewers from both sides until done.
For Salad:
In bowl,add tomato,onion,cucumber,carrot,fresh coriander,salt,lemon juice,paprika powder and mix well.
Serve kasturi chicken skewers with salad.

Frying pan mein makhan dal ker melt karein aur besan dal ker khushbu anay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
1 tbs besan+makhan ka mixture ko bad mein use kerna kliya nikal lein.
Frying pan mein marinated chicken cubes dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2 minutes kliya paka lein.
Thanda ker lein.
Bowl mein anda,laung powder,elaichi powder aur besan+makhan ka mixture ko dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Cooked chicken mein spiced egg mixture dal ker ache tarhan coat karein aur chicken cubes ko skewers per laga lein (makes 9-10).
Grill pan mein sufi canola cooking oil dal dein aur skewers ko dono sides sa fry ker lein.
For Salad:
Bowl mein tamatar,pyaz,kheera,gajar,hara dhania,namak,lemon juice aur paprika powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Kasturi chicken skewers ko salad ka saath serve karein.
