Cut okra from top & bottom & set aside.
In a wok,add cooking oil & fry okra on high flame for 5-6 minutes then takeout & set aside.
In the same wok,add cumin seeds,red chilli crushed,coriander seeds,turmeric powder,salt & mix well.
Add ginger garlic paste,pureed tomatoes,mix well & cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
Add yogurt,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
Now add fried okra,mix well & cook for 2 minutes.
Add lemon juice,dried fenugreek leaves,green chillies,cover & simmer on low flame for 5-6 minutes & cook on high flame until oil separates.
Garnish with fresh coriander & serve!

Us he karahi mein zeera,lal mirch crushed,sabut dhania,haldi powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Adrak lehsan paste & pureed tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.
Dahi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
Ab fried bhindi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2 minutes kliya paka lein.
Lemon juice,kasuri methi aur hari mirchien dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 5-6 minutes kliya dum per rakh dein phir tez ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein.
