Ingredients:
Prepare Dough:
-Atta (Flour) sifted 2 Cups
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 Cup
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ¼ Cup
-Water 1 Cup or as required
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
Prepare Egg Omelet:
-Anday (Eggs) 3
-Namak (Salt) to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) to taste
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
Prepare Chicken Filling:
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup
-Cream ½ Cup
-Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Boneless chicken small cubes 750g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tbs
-Adrak (Ginger) julienne 2-inch piece
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) deseeded & julienne 4-5
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tbs
-Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh Coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
-Cheddar cheese grated
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
Prepare Dough:
-In a bowl,add flour,all-purpose flour,salt & mix well.
-Add yogurt & gradually add water,mix well & knead until dough is formed.
-Add cooking oil & knead dough again,cover & let it rest for 15 minutes.
Prepare Egg Omelet:
-In a bowl,add eggs,salt,black pepper powder & whisk well.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,whisked eggs,cook on low flame from both sides until done & set aside (for 2 rolls).
Prepare Chicken Filling:
-In a bowl,add yogurt,cream,milk,whisk well & set aside.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken & mix well until it changes color.
-Add ginger garlic paste,mix well & cook for 4-5 minutes.
-Add ginger,green chillies & mix well.
-Add coriander seeds,cumin seeds,salt,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add yogurt & cream mixture,mix well & cook for 4-5 minutes.
-Add black pepper crushed,fresh coriander,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes then cook on high flame until dries up & set aside.
-Grease hands with oil and knead dough again until smooth.
-Take a small dough (90g) and make a ball.
-Grease tray with cooking oil,place rolled dough,cover with cling film and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
-Grease working surface with cooking oil,take a small dough and spread in round shape (9-10 inches) with the help of hands.
-On one side of the dough,place half egg omelet,cooked chicken & cheddar cheese,fold two opposite sides and roll up (makes 9).
-In a wok,heat cooking oil and fry on low flame until golden & crispy.

-Dahi aur thora thora ker ka pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
-Cooking oil dal ker dough ko dubara ghond lein aur dhak ker 15 minute kliya rest dein.
Prepare Egg Omelet:
-Bowl mein anday,namak aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur whisked anday dal dein aur halki ancch per dono sides sa paka lein & side per rakh dein (for 2 rolls).

-Bowl mein dahi,cream aur doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur chicken dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Adrak aur hari mirchein dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Sabut dhania,zeera aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Dahi & cream mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Kali mirch crushed aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein & side per rakh dein.
-Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur dough ko smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein.
-Chota dough (90g) lein aur ball bana lein.
-Tray ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur rolled dough rakh ker cling film sa cover ker lein aur 10-15 minutes kliya chor dein.
-Working surface ko cooking oil sa grease karein,chota dough lein aur haath ki madad sa dough ko round shape (9-10 inches) mein pheela lein.
-Dough ki ek side per half egg omelet,cooked chicken aur cheddar cheese rakh dein,two opposite sides ko fold ker ka roll ker lein (makes 9).
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur halki ancch per golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein.
