In a pot,add onion,mutton mix boti,ginger garlic paste,cinnamon sticks,cloves,salt,turmeric powder, black pepper crushed,garam masala powder,yogurt and mix well.
Turn on the flame and cook until it changes color (2-3 minutes).
Add water,mix well and bring it to boil,cover & cook on medium low flame until meat is tender (45-50 minutes).
Remove the cover & mix well.
Add cooking oil,mix well & cook on high flame until oil separates (3-4 minutes).
Add green chillies,black pepper crushed and fresh coriander,cover & simmer on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
Garnish with fresh coriander & serve with naan!

Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur darmiyani halki ancch per gosht gul janay tak paka lein (45-50 minutes).
Cover hata lein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur tez ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (3-4 minutes).
Hari mirchein,kali mirch crushed aur hara dhania dal ker dhak dein aur 3-4 minutes kliya dum per rakh dein.
Hara dhania sa garnish karein aur naan ka saath serve karein!
