Ingredients:
- Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 250g
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tbs
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Garam masala powder ½ tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbs
- Chicken mix boti 750g
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium
- Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 6-8
- Adrak (Ginger) 2-inch piece
- Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2
- Kaju (Cashew nuts) 15-16
- Water ½ Cup or as required
- Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
- Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2
- Laung (Cloves) 5-6
- Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tsp
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
- Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
In a bowl,add yogurt,black pepper crushed,cumin seeds,salt,garam masala powder,lemon juice & whisk well.
Add chicken & mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
In a wok,add cooking oil, onion, garlic, ginger, green chilies, mix well & sauté until onions are translucent.
Add cashew nuts,mix well & cook for 2 minutes.
Add water & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes then cook on high flame for a minute.
Let it cool then blend to make a paste & set aside.
In the same wok,add cooking oil,cinnamon sticks,cloves & mix well.
Add marinated chicken,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
Add blended paste,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add dried fenugreek leaves,black pepper crushed,cardamom powder,fresh coriander & mix well,cover & cook on low flame until tender (18-20 minutes) & stir in between then cook on high flame until oil separates.
Sprinkle black pepper crushed,fresh coriander & serve!

Bowl mein dahi,kali mirch crushed,zeera,namak,garam masala powder aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
Karahi mein cooking oil,pyaz,lehsan,adrak aur hari mirchein dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur pyaz ko translucent hunay tak sauté ker lein.
Kaju dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2 minute kliya paka lein.
Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch ek minute kliya paka lein.
Thanda ker lein aur blend ker ka paste tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Us he karahi mein cooing oil,darchini aur laung dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Marinated chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
Blended paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Kasuri methi,kali mirch crushed,elaichi powder aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per gul janay kliya paka lein (18-20 minutes),bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein phir tez ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein.
