Ingredients:
Prepare Roasted Tomato Salsa:
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 4 medium
-Pyaz (Onion) peeled 1 medium
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4
-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 3-4
-Pyaz (Onion) finely chopped 3-4 tbs
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
Prepare Chicken Shami Kabab:
-Monsalwa Chicken Shami Kabab 6-8
-Cooking oil for frying
Prepare Tacos:
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Tortillas small
Assembling:
-Iceberg chopped
-Kheera (Cucumber) finely chopped
-Pyaz (Onion) finely chopped
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander)
-Tabasco sauce
Directions:
Prepare Salsa:
-On a heated griddle,place tomatoes,onion,green chillies,garlic & roast from both sides until charred (6-8 minutes).
-Place charred vegetables on a clean cutting board & chop well.
-Transfer to a bowl,add onion,salt,lemon juice,fresh coriander,mix well & set aside.
Prepare Chicken Shami Kabab:
-In a frying pan,heat cooking oil & shallow fry chicken shami kabab on medium flame from both sides until golden brown (2-3 minutes).Don’t thaw before frying.
-Cut fried chicken Shami kababs into four pieces & set aside.
Prepare Tacos:
-On a heated griddle,add cooking oil,place tortilla (6 inch) and cook from both sides until light golden.
-Place shami kabab pieces on one side of tortilla,flip the other side over it & cook until crispy.
Assembling:
-In tortillas,add iceberg,prepared roasted tomato salsa,cucumbers,onion,fresh coriander & drizzle tabasco sauce & serve (makes 8).

-Clean cutting board per charred vegetables dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.
-Bowl mein nikal lein,pyaz,namak,lemon juice aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Chicken Shami Kabab:
-Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur chicken shami kabab ko darmiyani ancch per dono sides sa golden brown ho janay tak shallow fry ker lein (2-3 minutes).Frying sa pehlay thaw nahi kerna hai.
-Chicken shami kababs ko four pieces mein cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Tacos:
-Garam tawa per cooking oil dal dein aur tortilla (6 inch) ko dono sides sa light golden ho janay tak paka lein.
-Tortilla ki ek side per shami kabab rakh dein aur dosri side ko flip ker ka crispy ho janay tak paka lein.
Assembling:
-Tortillas mein iceberg,tayyar roasted tomato salsa,kheera,pyaz,hara dhania aur tabasco sauce dal ker serve karein (makes 8).
