Ingredients:
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 3 medium
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 4-5
-Lehsan (Garlic) 6-7 cloves
-Adrak (Ginger) 1 inch piece
-Cooking oil 1/3 Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 large
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tbs
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 tbs
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 2 tsp or to taste
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Palak (Spinach) chopped ½ kg
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Aloo (Potatoes) boiled 3 medium
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced
Directions:
-In a blender jug,add tomatoes,green chillies,ginger,garlic,blend well & set aside.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,onion & fry until light golden.
-Add cumin seeds & mix well.
-Add coriander seeds & mix well.
-Add blended tomato paste & mix well.
-Add pink salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,garam masala powder,mix well & cook on medium flame until oil separates (4-5 minutes).
-Add spinach,mix well & cook on medium flame until oil separates (8-10 minutes).
-Add lemon juice & mix well.
-Add potatoes (break roughly) & mix well.
-Add yogurt,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add fresh coriander & mix well,cover & simmer on low flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Garnish with green chilli & serve with chapati!

-Sabut dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Blended tomato paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pink salt,lal mirch powder,haldi powder aur garam masala powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per oil laga ho janay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes).
-Palak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per oil laga ho janay tak paka lein (8-10 minutes).
-Lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Aloo (break roughly) dal ker mix ker lein.
-Dahi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Hara dhania dal ker mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Hari mirch sa garnish ker lein aur chapati ka saath serve karein!
