In heavy bottom wide pot,add fresh milk,bring it to boil & stir well.
Turn off the flame,add cream & whisk well.
Turn on the flame,cook on low flame & keep checking until a layer of cream is formed.
Gently separate the cream & stick to the side of the pot.
Stir the bottom well & let it cook again until cream layer is formed.Repeat the process until milk is reduced to half.
Add green cardamom,sugar & mix well.
Add almonds,pistachios,mix well and let it cook for 1-2 minutes.
Now scrap cream layers from sides of the pot & mix gently.
In a serving bowl,add rabri,sprinkle almonds,pistachios & refrigerate until chilled.
Serve with crispy jalebis!

Ache tarhan mix karein aur dubara cream ki layer bannay tak paka lein.Yehe process repeat karein yahan tak ka doodh adha reh jaye.
Hari elaichi aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Badam aur pista dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
Ab balai (cream layers) ko pot ki sides sa scrap ker ka gently mix ker lein.
Serving dish mein rabri,badam aur pista dal dein aur refrigerator mein thanda ker lein.
Crispy jalebi ka saath serve karein.
