Ingredients:
-Milk powder 1 & ½ Cup
-Chai ki patti (Tea) ½ Cup
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 4-5 (optional)
-Sugar ¾ Cup or to taste
-Hot water 1 Cup
Directions:
-In blender, add milk powder, tea, green cardamom, sugar & grind well.
-On a bowl, place sifter, sift all mixture & let it rest for 5-10 minutes to remove its moisture.
-Can be stored in an airtight jar for up to 1 month (shelf life).
-Yields: approx. 400g
-In a jug attached with fine tea strainer, add hot water (1 Cup), instant chai mix (2 tbs) & mix well, cover & let it rest for a minute, strain & serve!

-Bowl per sifter rakh ker mixture ko sift ker lein aur 5-10 minutes k liya rest dein.
-Airtight jar mein daal ker 1 month k liya store ker saktay hain (shelf life).
-Yields: approx. 400g
-Jug mein garam pani water (1 Cup) aur instant chai mix (2 tbs) daal ker achi tarha mix karein aur dhak ker 1 minute k liya chor dein phir strain ker k serve karein!
