Ingredients:
Prepare Garlic Dip:
-Lehsan (Garlic) 8-10 cloves
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Sirka (Vinegar) 2 & ½ tbs
-Chilled water 2-3 tbs
-Cooking oil ¾ Cup
Prepare Spicy Chicken Broast:
-Chicken with skin 1 kg
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tbs or to taste
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 & ½ tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Onion powder 1 tsp
-Chicken powder ½ tbs
-Mustard paste 1 tsp
-Hot sauce ¼ Cup
-Sirka (Vinegar) 2 tbs
-Paprika powder ½ tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tbs or to taste
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tbs
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Red food color 3-4 drops (optional)
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 Cups or as required
-Water 3-4 Cups
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
Prepare Garlic Dip:
-In a blender jug,add garlic,pink salt,vinegar,chilled water,cooking oil & blend well.Garlic dip is ready!
Prepare Spicy Chicken Broast:
-In a bowl,add chicken,red chilli powder,garlic powder,white pepper powder,pink salt,onion powder, chicken powder,mustard paste & mix well,cover & marinate for 1 hour.
-In a bowl,add hot sauce,vinegar,paprika powder,red chilli powder,garlic powder,pink salt,red food color & mix well then inject in sauce syringe injector.
-Inject sauce into the chicken pieces & massage to distribute evenly.
-Now coat gently in all-purpose flour then dip in water & again coat in all-purpose flour.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry chicken on low flame until golden & crispy (10-12 minutes).
-Serve broast with garlic dip sauce!

-Bowl mein chicken,lal mirch powder,lehsan powder,safed mirch powder,pink salt,onion powder, chicken powder & mustard paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 1 hour kliya marinate ker lein.
-Bowl mein hot sauce,sirka,paprika powder,lal mirch powder,lehsan powder,pink salt & red food color dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur sauce syringe injector mein inject ker lein.
-Sauce ko chicken pieces mein inject ker lein aur massage ker ka evenly distribute ker lein.
-Tayyar marinade ko her chicken piece ka ander inject ker dein.
-Ab maida mein gently coat karein phir pani mein dip karein aur dubara maida mein coat ker lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur chicken ko halki ancch per golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein (10-12 minutes).
-Broast ko garlic dip sauce ka saath serve karein!
