Ingredients:
-Desi ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tbs
-Gond (Edible gum) ½ Cup (100g)
-Badam (Almonds) ½ Cup
-Pista (Pistachios) ½ Cup
-Akhrot (Walnuts) ½ Cup
-Kaju (Cashew nuts) ½ Cup
-Char maghaz (Melon seeds) ¼ Cup
-Phool makhanay (Lotus seeds) 2 Cups (50g)
-Desi ghee (Clarified butter) 1/3 Cup
-Doodh (Milk) 3 Cups (750ml)
-Desi gur (Organic jaggery) ½ Cup (100g)
-Khashkhash (Poppy seeds) ¼ Cup
-Sonth powder (Ginger powder) 2 tbs
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp
-Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ½ tsp
Directions:
In a wok,add clarified butter & let it melt.
-Add edible gum,mix well & fry on low flame until it puffs up.
-In a mortal & pestle,add fried edible gum,crush coarsely & set aside.
-In a chopper,add almonds,pistachios,walnuts,cashew nuts,melon seeds & lotus seeds,chop well & set aside.
-In a wok,add clarified butter & let it melt.
-Add chopped nuts,mix well & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
-Add crushed edible gum & mix well.
-Add milk,mix well & cook on medium flame until it thickens (8-10 minutes) & mix continuously.
-Add organic jaggery,poppy seeds,ginger powder,cardamom powder,nutmeg powder,mix well & cook on low flame until ghee separates & leave the sides of pot (12-15 minutes).
-Let it cool.
Storage:
-Store in an airtight container.
Shelf Life:
-At counter 3-4 days
-In refrigerator 2-3 week.
-Consume within 2-3 weeks.
Recommended Serving:
-Consume 1 tbs daily on empty stomach
-During winters for better immunity & bone health (yield: approx. 1 kg).

-Mortal & pestle mein fried gond dal dein aur coarsely crush ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Chopper mein badam,pista,akhrot,kaju,char maghaz aur phool makhanay dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein desi ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
-Chopped nuts dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Crushed gond ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein (8-10 minutes) & musalsal chamcha chalatay rahein.
-Organic gur,khashkhash,sonth powder,elaichi powder aur jaifil powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per ghee alag ho janay aur pots ki sides chornay tak paka lein (12-15 minutes).
-Thanda ker lein.
Storage:
-Airtight container mein dal ker dein aur refrigerator mein store ker lein.
-2-3 weeks ka ander consume ker lein.
