In bowl,add tamarind and water,mix and let it soak for 1 hour then remove seeds & set aside.
In chopper,add tamarind pulp,deseed dates and add in it and blend until well combined & set aside.
In wok,add ghee and let it melt.
Add jaggery and mix until jaggery melts.
Now add taramind+dates pulp,chaat masala,red chili powder,cumin seeds,black salt,salt and mix well.
Cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes and mix continuously.
Let it cool down.
Put thick mixture onto cling film,roll it and form a small candy.
Imli toffee is ready to eat!

Karhai mein ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
Gur dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur melt ho janay tak paka lein.
Ab imli+khajure pulp,chaat masala,lal mirch powder,zeera,kala namak aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein aur musalsal mix kertay rahein.
Thanda ker lein.
Cling film per thick mixture dal dein aur roll ker ka small candy tayyar ker lein.
Imli toffee khanay kliya tayyar hai!
