Ingredients:
-Aalo bukhara (Dried plums) 150g (soaked for 1 hour)
-Imli (Tamarind) 100g
-Water 3 Cups
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Saunf powder (Fennel powder) 1 tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) roasted 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp
-Kala namak (Black salt) ½ tsp
-Pink salt & Red chilli powder
-Ice cubes as required
-Tukhme balanga (Basil seeds) soaked for 15 minutes

Directions:
-In a kettle,add dried plums,tamarind,water,mix well & bring it to boil.
-Add salt,fennel powder,cumin powder,black pepper powder,black salt,mix well & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes while stirring in between then strain mixture with the help of strainer.Imli aalo bukhara concentrate is ready! (Makes 8-10 glasses).
-Can be stored in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
-Apply lemon on the rim of serving glass & invert it on pink salt & red chilli powder.
-Add ice cubes,basil seeds,prepared imli aalo bukhara concentrate,7up & stir.

-Namak,saunf powder,zeera powder,kali mirch powder aur kala namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein phir strainer ki madad sa mixture ko strain ker lein.Imli aalo bukhara concentrate tayyar hai (Makes 8-10 glasses).
-2 week kliya refrigerate mein store ker saktay han.
-Serving glass ki rim per lemon laga ker pink salt & red chilli powder laga lein.
