Iced Mango Latte & Korean Mango Milk

Korean Mango Milk

Ingredients:

-Aam (Mango) cubes 1 Cup or as required

-Water as required

-Sagudana (Tapioca sago) 1/3 Cup or as required

Assembling:

-Condensed milk 2 tbs

-Aam (Mango) chunks as required

-Ice cubes as required

-Doodh (Milk) chilled 1 Cup

Directions:

-In a blending jug,add mango,blend well to make a puree & set aside.

-In a saucepan,add water & bring it to boil.

-Add tapioca sago,mix well & cook on medium flame for 12-15 minutes or until transparent then strain,rinse with water & set aside.

Assembling:

-In a glass bottle,add prepared mango puree (2-3 tbs),boiled tapioca sago (2 tbs),condensed milk, mango chunks,ice cubes,milk,stir well & serve!

Iced Mango Latte

Serves 3

Ingredients:

-Aam (Mango) cubes 1 Cup or as required

-Hot water 1/3 Cup

-Instant coffee 1 tbs

-Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup

-Cream ½ Cup room temperature

-Condensed milk 5 tbs or to taste

Assembling:

-Ice cubes as required

Directions:

-In a blending jug,add mango,blend well to make a puree & set aside.

-In a small cup,add hot water,instant coffee,mix well & set aside.

-In a saucepan,add milk,cream,condensed milk,mix well & bring it to boil.

-Let it cool.

Assembling:

-In a glass,add mango puree (2-3 tbs),ice cubes,prepared milk mixture (1/2 Cup),dissolved coffee (2 tbs),mix well & serve!
