Ingredients:
Prepare Spicy Chickpeas:
-Olive oil 1-2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 small
-Safed Chanay (Chickpeas) boiled 1 & ½ Cup
-Tomato paste 2-3 tbs
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
Prepare Hummus:
-Safed chanay (Chickpeas) boiled 1 & ½ Cup
-Tahini paste 3 tbs
-Olive oil ¼ Cup
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Ice cubes 2
-Green & black olives
-Pita bread grilled
-Carrot (Gajar)
-Kheera (Cucumber)
-Olive oil
-Fresh parsley chopped
-Paprika powder
Directions:
Prepare Spicy Chickpeas:
-In a frying pan,add olive oil,onion, & sauté until translucent.
-Add chickpeas & mix well.
-Add tomato paste,salt,red chilli crushed,garlic powder,paprika powder,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes & set aside.
Prepare Hummus:
-In blender jug,add chickpeas,tahini paste,olive oil,lemon juice,garlic powder,salt,cumin powder,ice cubes & blend well until smooth consistency.
-On a serving platter,add & spread prepared hummus,prepared spicy chickpeas,olives,pita bread, carrots & cucumber,drizzle olive oil,fresh parsley,paprika powder & serve!

-Frying pan mein olive oil aur pyaz dal dein aur translucent hunay tak sauté ker lein.
-Safed chanay dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Tomato paste,namak,lal mirch crushed,lehsan powder aur paprika powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Hummus:
-Blender jug mein safed chanay,tahini paste,olive oil,lemon juice,lehsan powder,namak,zeera powder aur ice cubes dal dein aur smooth consistency anay tak ache tarhan blend ker lein.
-Serving platter mein tayyar hummus dal ker pheela lein,tayyar spicy chickpeas,olives,pita bread, gajar,kheera,olive oil,fresh parsley & paprika powder dal ker serve karein!
