Hot Honey Sliders

Ingredients:

Prepare Ranch Sauce:

-Mayonnaise ¼ Cup

-Dahi (Yogurt) ¼ Cup

-Cream ¼ Cup

-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp

-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp

-Dried parsley ½ tsp

-Onion Powder 1 tsp

-Lemon juice 1 tsp

-Soya (Dill) chopped 1 tbs

Prepare Coleslaw:

-Band gobhi (Cabbage) shredded 1 Cup

-Mayonnaise ¼ Cup

Prepare Chicken:

-Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup

-Anda (Egg) 1

-Paprika powder 1 tsp

-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp

-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste

-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste

-Onion powder 1 tsp

-Lemon juice 2 tbs

-Boneless chicken thighs 300g

-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup

-Cornflour 2 tbs

-Paprika powder 1 tsp

-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp

-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp

-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste

-Baking powder 1 tsp

-Onion powder 1 tsp

-Cooking oil for frying

Prepare Hot Honey Sauce:

-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs

-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp

-Soy sauce 1 tbs

-Siracha sauce 3 tbs

-Honey 3 tbs

Assembling:

-Mini slider buns

-Pickled cucumber sliced

 

Directions:

Prepare Ranch Sauce:

-In a bowl,add mayonnaise,yogurt,cream,garlic powder,pink salt,black pepper powder,dried parsley, onion powder,lemon juice,dill & mix well.Ranch sauce is ready!

Prepare Coleslaw:

-In a bowl,add cabbage,mayonnaise & mix well.Coleslaw is ready!

Prepare Chicken:

-In a bowl,add milk,egg,paprika powder,garlic powder,black pepper powder,red chilli powder,pink salt, onion powder,lemon juice & whisk well.

-Add chicken,cover with cling film & marinate for 2-4 hours in refrigerator.

-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,cornflour,paprika powder,pink salt,black pepper powder,garlic powder, red chilli powder,baking powder,onion powder & mix well.

-Coat marinated chicken pieces with dry flour mixture then dip into remaining marinade then again coat with dry flour mixture. Let  them rest for 10 minutes

-In a wok, heat cooking oil (140°C) & fry on low flame until golden & crispy.

Prepare Hot Honey Sauce:

-In a frying pan,add butter & let it melt.

-Add red chilli crushed,soy sauce,sriracha sauce,honey,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.Hot honey sauce is ready!

-Let it cool.

-Now coat fried chicken with prepared hot honey sauce & set aside.

Assembling:

-On mini slider bun,add & spread prepared ranch sauce,pickled cucumber,  chicken,coleslaw, cover with top bun (makes 7-8) & serve!
