Ingredients:
Prepare Instant Sheer Khurma Mix:
- Sawaiyan (Vermicelli) 200g
- Ghee 1 tbs
- Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 2 Cups or to taste
- Milk powder 4 tbs
- Badam (Almonds) chopped ¼ Cup
- Chuwaray (Dry dates) sliced 7-8
- Pista (Pistachios) sliced ¼ Cup
- Kishmish (Raisins) 2 tbs
- Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp
Prepare Sheer Khurma with Instant Sheer Khurma Mix (Preparation time: 25 minutes):
- Pakola full cream milk 1 & ½ litre
- Pista (Pistachios) chopped
- Badam (Almonds) chopped
- Chuwaray (Dry dates) sliced
Directions:
Prepare Instant Sheer Khurma Mix:
Crush vermicelli in a bowl & set aside.
In a wok,add ghee & let it melt.
Add crushed vermicelli and roast on medium flame until fragrant (approx. 2-3 minutes).
Let it cool.
In a bowl,add roasted & crushed vermicelli,caster sugar,milk powder,almonds,dry dates,pistachios, raisins,cardamom powder and mix well.
Storage:
Dry & clean jar.
Can be stored in airtight glass jar for up to 1 month (cool & dry place).
Yields: 800g,enough to make 3-4 litres of sheer khurma.
Prepare Sheer Khurma with Instant Sheer Khurma Mix (Preparation time: 25 minutes):
In a pot,add milk and bring it to boil.
Add instant sheer khurma mix (1 cup),mix well and cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes or until thickens & keep mixing in between.
Take out in a serving dish and refrigerate until chilled.
Garnish with pistachio,almonds,dry dates & serve!

Karahi mein ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
Crushed sawaiyan dal ker dein aur halki ancch per khushbu anay tak roast ker lein (approx. 2-3 minutes).
Thanda ker lein.
Bowl mein roasted & crushed sawaiyan,bareek cheeni,milk powder,badam,chuwaray,pista,kishmish aur elaichi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Storage:
Dry & clean jar.
1-month kliya airtight glass jar mein dal ker strore ker saktay han (cool & dry place).
Yields: 800g,3-4 litre sheer khurma sheer khurma banana kliya kafi hai.

Pot mein doodh dal ker ubal lein.
Instant kheer mix (1 cup) dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 15-20 minutes ya garha ho janay tak paka lein aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahien.
Serving dish mein nikal lein aur thanda ker lein.
Pista,badam aur chuwaray sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
