Ingredients:
-Olper’s Milk Powder 1 & ½ Cup
-Sugar powdered ¾ Cup
-Baking soda ¼ tsp
-Butter (Makhan) ½ tbs
-Water 1 Cup
Directions:
-In a non-stick saucepan,add milk powder,sugar,baking soda,butter,water & whisk well.
-Turn on the flame,whisk continuously & cook on low flame until it’s reduced by half & slightly thickened in consistency (18-20 minutes) then strain through fine sieve while still hot (yield: 250ml).
-Can be stored in an airtight jar for up to 1 month in refrigerator.
-Make amazing desserts & sweets with homemade condensed milk.
-Use as topping on french toast,brownies,cakes,gola ganda & other desserts.
Notes:
-While cooking flame should be very low.
-Use heavy bottom non-stick saucepan.
-Stir continuously while cooking.
-Strain through fine sifter while still hot.
-The final consistency should not be very thick,as it becomes very thick after cooling.
-Use dry & clean dry spoon every time.
-If it becomes too thick to use,add 1-2 tbs of hot water & mix well to maintain its consistency.

-Chulha on karein aur musalsal whisk kertay hoye halki ancch per half reduced aur slightly thickened ho janay tak paka lein (18-20 minutes) phir garam he fine sieve ki madad sa strain ker lein (yield: 250ml).
-Airtight jar mein dal ker 1 month kliya refrigerator mein store ker saktay han.
-French toast,brownies,cakes,gola ganda & other desserts per as a topping use ker saktay han.
