Ingredients:
Green Yogurt Sauce:
- Lehsan (Garlic) 3 cloves
- Hari mirch (Green chilies) 3-4
- Pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
- Podina (Mint leaves) ¼ Cup
- Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
- Olive oil 1-2 tbs
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp or to taste
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tsp
- Pani (Water) 2-3 tbs
- Tamatar (Tomato) chopped 1 medium
- Pyaz (Onion) slices 1 medium
- Yellow bell pepper julienne ½ Cup
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne ½ Cup
- Gajar (Carrot) julienne ½ Cup
- Cottage cheese small cubes ½ Cup
- Pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
Assembling:
- Whole wheat flat bread (Roti) 3-4
- Cooked vegetables
- Green yogurt sauce
Directions:
For Green Yogurt Sauce:
In blender jar,add garlic,green chilies,pink salt,mint leaves,yogurt and cumin powder,blend well & set aside.
In frying pan,add olive oil,cumin seeds and mix.
Add red chili powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Add water and mix well.
Add tomato and mix well,cover and cook until tomatoes are soft.
Add onion,yellow bell pepper,capsicum,carrot and mix well.
Add cottage cheese and mix well.
Add pink salt,black pepper crushed,mix well for 1-2 minutes & set aside.
Assembling:
On whole wheat flat bread (roti),add cooked vegetable mixture,green yogurt sauce and fold all 3 edges and wrap in butter paper & serve.

Frying pan mein olive oil aur zeera dal ker mix ker lein.
Lal mirch powder,haldee powder,dhania ppowder aur adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pani shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker tamatar naram hunay tak paka lein.
Pyaz,yellow bell pepper,shimla mirch aur gajar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Cottage cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pink salt aur kali mirch crushed dal ker 1-2 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
Roti per cooked vegetables mixture aur green yogurt sauce dal ker 3 edges ko fold ker lein aur butter paper mein wrap ker ka serve karein.
