In a wok,add water,ginger garlic paste,salt,turmeric powder and mix well.
Add mutton chops,mix and bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame until tender (25-30 minutes) then cook on high flame until water dried up.
Let it cool.
In spice mixer,add green chillies,mint leaves,fresh coriander,lemon juice & blend well.
In a bowl,add blended greens,egg,red chilli powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder,cumin seeds,salt,gram flour and whisk well.
Add cooked mutton chops,mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
Now coat well mutton chops in breadcrumbs.
In a wok,heat cooking oil and fry on medium flame until golden brown.
Karahi mein pani,adrak lehsan paste,namak aur haldi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Mutton chops dal ker mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur halki ancch per gul janay tak paka lein (25-30 minutes) phir tez ancch per pani sukh janay tak paka lein.
Thanda ker lein.
Spice mixer mein hari mirchein,podina,hara dhania aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein.
Bowl mein blended greens,lal mirch powder,dhania powder,garam masala powder,zeera,namak aur gram flour dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Cooked mutton chops dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
Ab mutton chops ko breadcrumbs mein ache tarhan coat ker lein.
Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
