In pot,add oil,green cardamom,black cardamom,cinnamon sticks,ginger garlic paste and mutton,fry until mutton changes color (6-8 minutes).
Now add hara masala (greens) paste and mix well for 6-8 minutes.
Add salt,black pepper powder,turmeric powder and coriander powder,mix well.
Add water,bring it to boil,cover and cook until meat is tender (approx.30-35 minutes).
Add yogurt and mix well.
Add whole spice powder and dried fenugreek leaves,mix well for 4-5 minutes.
Add coriander,green chili and serve.
Blender mein hari mirch,pyaz,hara dhania aur hari pyaz dal dein,grind ker ka paste bana lein.
Pot mein oil,hari elaichi,badi elaichi aur darchini dal ker ek minute kliya sauté ker lein.
Adrak lehsan paste aur mutton dal dein,mutton ka rang tabdeel hunay tak fry ker lein (6-8 minutes).
Ab hara masala dal ker 6-8 minute kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Namak,kali mirch powder,haldee powder aur dhania powder dal ker mix ker lein.
Pani dal ker ubal lein,dhak ker ghost gul janay tak paka lein (approx.30-35 minutes).
Dahi shamil ker ka mix ker lein.
Garam masala powder aur qasuri methi dal ker 4-5 minute kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Hara dhania aur hari mirch dal ker serve karein.
