Ingredients:
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1 Cup
- Podina (Mint leaves) 10-12
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves ½ Cup
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) 4-5
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted 1 tsp
- Dahi (Yogurt) 3 tbs
- Water ½ Cup or as required
- Dahi (Yogurt) ¼ Cup
- Kashmiri lal mirch powder (Kashmiri red chilli powder) 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tbs
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
- Lemon juice 2 tbs
- Boneless chicken cubes 500g
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Cooking oil 1 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium
- Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 3
- Kaju (Cashew nuts) 7-8
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) cubes 3-4 medium
- Water 1 Cup or as required
- Cooking oil 1 tbs
- Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
- Water ½ Cup or as required
- Kasuri meethi (Dried fenugreek leaves) ¼ tsp
- Cream
- Kasuri meethi (Dried fenugreek leaves)
Directions:
In a blender jug,add fresh coriander,mint leaves,green onion leaves,green chillies,cumin seeds, yogurt,water & blend well then strain,discard residues & set aside.
In a bowl,add yogurt,kashmiri red chilli powder,salt,coriander powder,green chilli,fresh coriander, lemon juice & whisk well.
Add chicken and mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
In a frying pan,add cooking oil,marinated chicken & cook until chicken is tender (8-10 minutes) then cook on high flame until dries up & set aside.
In a wok,add cooking oil,onion,garlic & sauté until onions are translucent.
Add cashew nuts & mix well.
Add tomatoes,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
Let it cool.
Add in blender jug,add water & blend well then strain the mixture,discard the residues & set aside.
In the same wok,add cooking oil,butter & let it melt.
Add tomato & onion puree & mix well.
Add salt,coriander powder,red chilli powder,cumin powder,mix well & cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
Now add cooked chicken & mix well.
Add water and mix well,cover & cook on low flame until oil separates (8-10 minutes).
Now add prepared hara masala puree & mix.
Add dried fenugreek leaves,cover & simmer on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with cream,sprinkle dried fenugreek leaves & serve with rice or chapati.

Directions:
Blender jug mein hara dhania,podina,hara pyaz leaves,hari mirch,zeera,dahi aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend karein phir strain ker ka resides ko discard ker dein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein dahi,kashmiri lal mirch powder,namak,dhania powder,hari mirch,hara dhania aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
Frying pan mein cooking oil aur marinated chicken dal dein aur chicken gul janay tak paka lein (8-10 minutes) phir tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein & side per rakh dein.
Karahi mein cooking oil,pyaz aur lehsan dal dein aur pyaz translucent hunay tak sauté ker lein.
Kaju dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Thanda ker lein.
Blender jug mein dal dein aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein phir mixture ko strain ker ka side per rakh dein aur residues ko discard ker dein.
Us he karahi mein cooking oil aur makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
Tamatar & pyaz puree dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Namak,dhania powder,lal mirch powder aur zeera powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.
Ab cooked chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein
8-10 minutes).
Ab tayyar hara masala puree dal ker mix karein.
Kasuri meethi dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya dum per rakh dein.
Cream sa garnish karein aur kasuri meethi dal dein,chawal ya chapati ka saath serve karein.
