Ingredients:
- Dahi (Yogurt) hung ½ Cup
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
- Achar gosht masala 3 tbs
- Beef qeema (Mince) ½ kg
- Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
- Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2
- Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 3-4
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) chopped 2 medium
- Water 2-3 tbs or as required
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 2 tbs
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- Water 2-3 tbs or as required
- Water 1 Cup or as required
- Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) chopped 1 cup
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 Cup
- Garam masala powder ½ tsp
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) 2
Directions:
In a bowl,add yogurt,ginger garlic paste,achar gosht masala and whisk well.
Add beef mince,mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
In a wok,add cooking oil,cinnamon sticks,black pepper corns,onion & fry until light golden.
Add tomatoes and mix well.
Add water,cover & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes then mix well.
Add green chilli paste,turmeric powder,salt,red chilli powder,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add water & mix well.
Now add marinated beef mince and mix well until it changes color.
Add water,mix well and bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes then cook on high flame until oil separates.
Add lemon juice,green onion,fresh coriander and mix well.
Add garam masala powder,green chilies,cover & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
Garnish with green onion leaves,fresh coriander & serve!

Beef qeema dal ker ache tarhan mix kareina ur 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
Karhai mein cooking oil,darchini,sabut kali mirch aur pyaz dal dein aur light golden hunay tak fry ker lein.
Tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Pani dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein phir ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Hari mirch paste,haldee powder,namak aur lal mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Pani dal ker mix ker lein.
Ab marinated beef qeema shamil karein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pani dal ker mix karein aur ubal anay k bad dhak dein aur halki ancch per 20-25 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per oil alag hunay tak paka lein.
Lemon juice,hara pyaz aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Garam masala powder aur hari mirch dal ker dhal dein aur halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya dum per rakh dein.
