In a bowl,add basmati rice,water,wash thoroughly and soaked for 30 minutes then strain soaked rice & set aside.
In a wok,add water,fennel seeds,cinnamon sticks and bring it boil.
Add salt and mix well.
Add wash & strain soaked rice,mix well and boil until 3/4th done then strain & set aside.
In a wok,add ghee and let it melt.
Add cashew nuts,almonds,dry coconuts and fry for 1 minute.
Add raisins,mix well and fry for 30 seconds and reserve half quantity for garnishing.
In remaining nuts,add dried milk powder and mix well.
Add green cardamom,mix well and cook until it changes color (2-3 minutes).
Add desi gur shakkar jaggery powder and milk,mix well and cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
Now add boiled rice and give it a good mix.
Add ghee,cover & steam cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes
Garnish with reserved fried nuts & serve!
Bowl mein chawal aur pani dal ker thoroughly wash ker lein aur 30 minutes kliya bhego dein phir soaked chawal ko strain ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Karhai mein pani,saunf aur darchini dal dein aur ubal anay dein.
Namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Wash & strain soaked chawal dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 3/4th done hunay tak boil ker lein phir strain ker ka side per rakh dein.
Karhai mein ghee dal ker melt karein.
Kaju,badam aur sukha nariyal dal ker 1 minute kliya fry karein.
Kishmish dal ker 30 seconds kliya fry karein aur half quantity ko garnishing kliya nikal lein.
Baqi nuts mein dried milk powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Hari elaichi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur color change ho Janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
Desi gur shakkar jiggery powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.
Boiled chawal dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Ghee dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya steam cook ker lein.
Reserved fried nuts sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
