In saucepan,add jaggery and milk,mix well and cook until it melts & set aside.
In pot,add pure clarified butter and let it melt.
Add green cardamom,fennel seeds and mix well.
Add almonds and mix well.
Add coconut and fry for 1 minute.
Now add melted jaggery+milk mixture and mix well.
Add rice,give it a good mix and cook until it dries up.
Add pure clarified butter,cover and steam cook on low flame for 5 minutes & serve.

Narial shamil karein aur 1 minute kliya fry ker lein.
Ab melted ghee+doodh mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Chawal dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur sukh janay tak paka lein.
Asli ghee dal ker dhak dein aur 5 minutes kliya halki ancch per steam cook ker lein & serve karein.
