Ingredients:
- Doodh (Milk) 2 litre
- Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 5-6
- Sugar 2 tbs or to taste
- Qarshi Jam-e-shirin 1/4 Cup
- Dried milk powder ½ Cup
- Pista (Pistachio) chopped 1 tbs
- Badam (Almonds) chopped 1-2 tbs
- Atta (Flour) 1 & ½ tbs
- Doodh (Milk) 1/4 Cup
- Makhan (Butter) 1 & ½ tbs
- Bread slices 10-12
- Cooking oil for frying
- Pista (Pistachio) sliced
- Badam (Almonds) sliced
Directions:
In a pot,add milk,green cardamom (open slightly) and sugar,mix well and bring it to boil,cook on medium low flame until milk is reduce to half while stirring in between (approx. 20-25 minutes).
Add qarshi jam-e-shirin,mix well and cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes.
Reserve half quantity of milk and let it cool at room temperature.
In remaining milk,add dried milk powder and whisk well.
Add pistachios,almonds,mix well and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
In a small bowl,add flour,milk and whisk well.
Now add dissolve flour,mix well and cook on low flame until thickens (approx. 4-5 minutes) & stir continuously.
Add butter,mix continuously and cook on low flame until it leaves the sides of the pot (approx.6-8 minutes) & take out in a bowl.
Cut corners of the bread slices and roll out with the help of the rolling pin.
Take prepared filling (2 tbs) and place at one corner of the bread slice,brush water on the other side of the bread slice and roll up (makes 10-12).
In frying pan,heat cooking oil and fry roll ups on medium flame until golden brown.
In serving dish,place bread roll ups and pour prepared milk.
Garnish with pistachio and almonds.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours & serve!

Pot mein doodh,hari elaichi (open slightly) aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad darmiyani halki ancch per doodh adha reh janay tak paka lei aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein (approx. 20-25 minutes).
Qarshi jam-e-shirin dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
Doodh ki adhe quantity nikal lein aur room temperature per thanda ker lein & bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein.
Remaining milk mein dried milk power dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Pista aur badam dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 4-5 kliya paka lein.
Chotay mein mein atta aur doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein.
Ab dissolve atta dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki anch per garha ho janay tak paka lein (approx. 4-5 minutes) aur musalsal mix kertay rahein.
Makhan dal ker musalsal mix kertay rahein aur halki ancch per pot ki sides chornay tak paka lein (approx.6-8 minutes) aur bowl mein nikal lein.
Bread slices ka corners cut ker lein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
Tayyar filling (2 tbs) lein aur bread slice ka ek corner per rakh ker dein aur bread ki dosri side per pani laga lein aur roll ker lein (makes 10-12).
Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur roll ups ko darmiyani ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
Serving dish mein bread rolls ups rakh dein aur tayyar doodh dal dein.
Pista aur badam sa garnish ker lein.
Refrigerator mein 2-3 hours kliya thanda ker lein & serve karein!
