Ingredients:
-Lauki (Bottle gourd) 1 medium
-Doodh (Milk) 1 litre
-Sabudana (Tapioca sago) ¼ Cup
-Sugar ¾ Cup or to taste
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ¼ tsp
-Khoya 150g
-Rose water 2 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) chopped 2 tbs
-Pista (Pistachios) chopped 2 tbs
-Dried rose petals
-Pista (Pistachios) chopped
Directions:
-Peel bottle gourd,cut from center,remove seeds part and grate with the help of grater & set aside.
-In a pot,add milk & bring it to boil.
-Add grated bottle gourd,tapioca sago,mix well & cook on low flame for 14-15 minutes and mix continuously.
-Add sugar,cardamom powder,mix well & cook for 2 minutes.
-Add khoya,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add rose water,almonds,pistachios & mix well.
-Garnish with dried rose petals,pistachios & serve chilled!

-Lauki ko peel ker ka center mein sa cut ker lein aur seed part ko remove ker lein aur grater ki madad sa grate ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Pot mein doodh dal ker ubal lein.
-Grated lauki aur sabudana dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 14-15 minutes kliya paka lein aur musalsal chamcha chalatay rehin.
-Cheeni aur elaichi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2 minutes kliya paka lein.

-Khoya dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minute kliya paka lein.
-Rose water,badam aur pista dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Dried rose petals aur pista sa garnish ker lein aur thanda serve karein!
