Ingredients:
- Hari mirch (Green chillies) 4-5
- Podina (Mint leaves) ½ Cup
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) ½ Cup
- Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tbs
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tbs or to taste
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
- Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 1 tsp
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- Garam masala powder ½ tsp
- Water 2 tbs or as required
- Chicken strips ½ kg
- Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup or as required
- Anday (Eggs) whisked 2
- Doodh (Milk) 1/4 Cup
- Plain chips 1-2 pack
- Cooking oil for frying
Mayo Yogurt Sauce:
- Mayonnaise ½ Cup
- Dahi (Yogurt) 1/4 Cup
- Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 3
- Podina (Mint leaves) ½ Cup
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Sirka (Vinegar) 1 & ½ tbs
Directions:
In blender,add green chillies,mint leaves,fresh coriander,lemon juice,garlic powder,red chilli powder, salt,coriander powder,Kashmiri red chilli powder,cumin powder,turmeric powder,garam masala powder and blend well.
Add water,blend again & set aside.
In a bowl,add chicken,green masala paste and mix well,cover and marinate for 30 minutes.
Give a charcoal smoke for 2 minutes (optional).
In a bowl,add all-purpose flour and in another bowl,add eggs,milk and whisk well.
Crush plain chips with the help of the hands and add it in bowl or breadcrumbs can be used.
Now coat marinated chicken strips in all-purpose flour then dip into beaten eggs and coat with crush chips.
Option # 1: Fried Green Tikka Tenders
In a wok,heat cooking oil and fry chicken tenders on medium low flame until golden.
Option # 2: Air Fried Tikka Tenders
In air fryer machine,place chicken tenders and air fry at 180 C for 14 minutes.
Mayo Yogurt Sauce:
In blender,add mayonnaise,yogurt,garlic,,mint leaves,black pepper powder,garlic powder,salt,vinegar & blend well.
Serve chicken tenders with mayo yogurt sauce!

Directions:
Blender mein hari mirch,podina,hara dhania,lemon juice,lehsan powder,lal mirch powder,namak, dhania powder,Kashmiri lal mirch powder,zeera powder,haldee powder aur garam masala powder dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein.
Pani dal ker dubara blend karein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein chicken aur green masala paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
2 minutes kliya koyla ka dhuwan dein (optional).
Bowl mein maida dal dein aur ek aur bowl mein anday aur doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Plain chips ko haath ki madad sa crush ker lein aur bowl mein nikal lein ya breadcrumbs bhi use ker saktay han.
Ab marinated chicken strips ko maida mein coat karein phir pheetay hoye anday mein dip karein aur crush chips sa coat ker lein.
Option # 1: Fried Green Tikka Tenders
Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur chicken tenders ko darmiyani halki ancch per golden hunay tak fry ker lein.
Option # 2: Air Fried Tikka Tenders
Air fryer machine mein chciekn tenders dal ker 180 C per 14 minutes kliya air fry ker lein.
In air fryer machine,place chicken tenders and air fry at 180 C for 10 minutes.
Mayo Yogurt Sauce:
Blender mein mayonnaise,dahi,lehsan,podina,kali mirch powder,lehsan powder,namak aur sirka dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein.
