Ingredients:
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) 5-6
-Podina (Mint leaves) 1 Cup
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1 Cup
-Pani (Water) 1/4 Cup or as required
-Cooking oil ½ tbs
-Anday (Eggs) boiled 4
-Cooking oil 4-5 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 large
-Dahi (Yogurt) 3 tbs
-Pani (Water) 2 tbs or as required
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) 1/4 tsp
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Chicken cube 1
-Pani (Water) 2-3 tbs or as required
-Kasuri meethi (Dried fenugreek leaves) ½ tsp
Directions:
-In blender,add green chilies,mint leaves,fresh coriander,water,blend well & set aside.
-In pot,add cooking oil and eggs and fry until light golden,take out in a bowl.
-In the same pot,add cooking oil,onion and fry until light golden and take out in a bowl.
-In blender jar,add fried onion,yogurt,water and blend to a make a thick paste.
-In the same pot,heat cooking oil,add grinded onion+yogurt paste,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add ginger garlic paste and mix well for 2 minutes.
-Add cumin powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,salt,red chili powder,garam masala powder,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add chicken cube and mix well.
-Add water and mix well.
-Now add blended greens,mix well and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Cut eggs into two halves and add it in pot,add dried fenugreek leaves,cover and simmer for 2 minutes.
