Ingredients:
Prepare Mince Filling:
- Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
- Raidana (Mustard seeds) 1 tsp
- Adrak lehsan (Ginger garlic) crushed 1 tbs
- Beef qeema (Beef mince) ½ kg
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- Hari mirch (Green chili) chopped 1
- Pani (Water) ¼ Cup or as required
- Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & cubes ½ Cup
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped ¼ Cup
- Podina (Mint leaves) chopped 2 tbs
- Baisan (Gram flour) 1 tbs
- Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) 2 tbs
Prepare Gram flour wraps:
- Baisan (Gram flour) sifted 1 & ½ Cups
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder ½ tsp
- Cooking oil 1 & ½ tbs
- Pani (Water) 1 Cup or as required
Raita:
- Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
- Podina (Mint leaves) chopped 1-2 tbs
- Hari mirch (Green chili) chopped 1
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped ½ tsp
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
Directions:
Prepare Mince Filling:
In frying pan,add cooking oil,mustard seeds and mix.
Add ginger garlic and mix well.
Add beef mince and mix well until changes color.
Add salt,red chili powder,green chili and mix well.
Add water and mix well,cover and cook on medium low flame for 15 minutes.
Add tomato,onion,fresh coriander,mint leaves and mix well for 2 minutes.
Add gram flour and mix well.
Add tamarind pulp,mix well & set aside.
Prepare Gram flour wraps:
In bowl,add gram flour,red chili powder,turmeric powder,salt,chaat masala,garam masala powder, cooking oil,water and whisk until well combined and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Heat frying pan and grease with cooking oil,pour ½ Cup of prepared batter and spread evenly.
Add & spread cooked mince and fold carefully to make a roll (makes 5-6).
For Raita:
In bowl,add yogurt,fresh coriander,mint leaves,green chili,garlic,cumin seeds,salt and whisk well.

Frying pan mein cooking oil aur raidana dal ker mix karein.
Lehsan adrak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Beef qeema shamil karein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Namak,lal mirch powder aur hari mirch dal ker mix ker lein.
Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker darmiyani halki ancch per 15 minutes kliya paka lein.
Tamatar,pyaz,hara dhania aur podina dal ker 2 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Baisan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Imlp pulp dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Gram flour wraps:
Bowl mein baisan,lal mirch powder,haldee powder,namak,chaat masala,garam masala powder,cooking oil aur pani dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein aur 15 minutes kliya rakh dein.
Frying pan ko garam ker ka cooking oil sa grease ker lein aur tayyar batter ½ Cup dal ker evenly pheela lein.
Cooked qeema dal ker pheela lein aur carefully roll ki tarhan fold ker lein (makes 5-6).
For Raita:
Bowl mein dahi,hara dhania,podina,hari mirch,lehsan,zeera aur namak dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
