Ingredients:
-Adrak (Ginger) 3-inch piece
-Sugar ¾ Cup or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Lemon juice ¾ Cup or to taste
-Water 1 Cup
-Lemon slices as required
-Podina (mint leaves) as required
Assembling:
-Soda water 250ml
Directions:
-On a bowl,place muslin cloth,grate ginger & squeeze out completely & set aside.
-In a saucepan,add sugar,black pepper powder,pink salt,ginger juice (2 tbs),lemon juice,water,mix well & bring it to boil & cook on medium flame until sugar is dissolved.
-Let it cool completely.
-In an ice sphere mold tray,add lemon slices,mint leaves & close it by another tray.
-Add prepared slemon ginger syrup & freezer overnight.
Assembling:
-In a serving glass,add prepared ice bomb,soda water & stir.
-Decorate with lemon slices,mint leaves & serve!

-Saucepan mein cheeni,kali mirch powder,pink salt,adrak water (2 tbs),lemon juice aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad darmiyani ancch per cheeni ghul janay tak paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Ice sphere mold tray mein lemon slices aur podina dal ker dosri tray sa cover ker lein.
-Tayyar lemon ginger syrup dal dein aur overnight kliya freeze ker lein.
Assembling
-Serving glass mein tayyar ice bomb aur soda water dal ker stir ker lein.
-Lemon slices aur podina sa decorate ker ka serve karein!
