Ingredients:
- Red bell pepper 1
- Cooking oil 2 tsp
- Pyaz (Onion) 1 small
- Pani (Water) 2-3 tbs or as required
- Beef qeema (Mince) ½ kg with 30% fat
- Bread slices 2
- Anda (Egg) 1
- Paprika powder ½ tbs
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) crushed 1 & ½ tsp
- Mixed herbs ½ tbs
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tbs or to taste
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Sumac powder 1 tbs
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 2-3 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 2
- Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup
- Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
- Paprika powder 1/4 tsp
- Pyaz (Onion) slices
- Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & julienne
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander)
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
- Makhan (Butter) 3-4 tbs
- Mixed herbs ½ tsp
- Paprika powder 1/4 tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 pinch or to taste

Directions:
Fire roast or char red bell pepper with skin over high flame until skin is burnt and remove roasted black or charred skin then remove seeds and chop roughly & set aside.
In frying pan,add cooking oil,onion and fry until translucent & set aside.
In spice mixer,add roasted or charred red bell pepper,onions,water and blend to make a paste and reserve 2-3 tbs for later use & set aside.
In chopper,add beef mince,remaining blended red bell pepper & onion paste,bread slices,egg,paprika powder,cumin seeds,mixed herbs,red chilli powder,black pepper crushed,salt,sumac powder,fresh coriander and garlic cloves,chop until well combined and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Grease baking pan with oil,take a mixture & spread evenly.
Add mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese,paprika powder,onion slices,tomato,fresh coriander,lemon juice and place another kabab over it and spread evenly then flip on flat surface (makes 2).
In frying pan,add cooking oil and fry kabab on low flame until done (approx. 6-8 minutes each side) & cover in between.
In small frying pan,add butter and let it melt.
Add reserved 2 tbs red bell pepper & onion paste,mixed herbs,paprika powder,salt,mix well and cook until oil separates (approx. 3-4 minutes).
Assembling:
On naan,place cooked kabab,naan and spread prepared sauce and garnish with fresh coriander.
Cut into pieces & serve!

Directions:
Red bell ppper ko chulhay per skin jal janay tak tez ancch per fire roast or char ker lein aur roasted black or charred skin ko nikal lein aur roughly chop ker ka side per rakh dein.
Frying pan mein cooking oil aur pyaz dal dein aur translucent hunay tak fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Spice mixer mein roasted or charred red bell pepper,pyaz aur pani dal dein aur blend ker ka paste tayyar ker lein phir 2-3 tbs bad mein use kernay kliya nikal lein & side per rakh dein.
Chopper mein beef qeema,remaining blended red bell pepper & onion paste,bread slices,anda,paprika powder, zeera,mixed herbs,lal mirch powder,kali mirch crushed,namak,sumac powder,hara dhania aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein aur 15 minutes kliya refrigerator mein rakh dein.
Baking pan ko oil sa grease karein aur mixture ko dal ker evenly pheela lein.
Mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese,paprika powder,pyaz slices,tamatar,hara dhania aur lemon juice dal dein aur upper sa ek aur kabab rakh ker evenly pheela lein phir flat surface per flip ker lein (makes 2).
Frying pan mein cooking oil dal dein aur kabab ko halki ancch per paka lein (approx. 6-8 minutes each side) aur bech mein cover ker lein.
Chotay frying pan mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
2 tbs reserved red bell pepper & onion paste,mixed herbs,paprika powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur oil alag hunay tak paka lein (approx. 3-4 minutes).
Assembling:
Naan per cooked kabab aur naan rakh dein aur tayyar sauce dal ker pheela lein aur hara dhania sa garnish ker lein.
