Ingredients:
Prepare BBQ Hari Chutney:
-Podina (Mint leaves) handful
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful
-Lehsan (Garlic) sliced 1 clove
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Imli water (Tamarind water) 1 & ½ Cup
Prepare Chapli Kabab:
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 2 medium
-Beef qeema (Mince) 750g (with 20% fat)
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) chopped 3-4
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) deseeded & chopped 2 medium
-Ajwain (Carom seeds) crushed 1 tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tbs
-Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 & ½ tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted 1 tbs
-Anardana (Dried pomegranate) crushed 2 tbs
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Chakki atta (Wheat flour) roasted ¾ Cup
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
Directions:
Prepare BBQ Hari Chutney:
-In blender jug,add mint leaves,fresh coriander,garlic,green chillies,red chilli crushed,cumin seeds,salt,tamarind water & blend well.
Prepare Chapli Kabab:
-On a bowl,place muslin cloth,add onion & squeeze out water completely.
-In a bowl,add grated & squeeze onion,beef mince,ginger garlic paste,green chilli,tomatoes,carom seeds,red chilli crushed,salt,coriander seeds,cumin seeds,dried pomegranate,garam masala powder, wheat flour,fresh coriander,mix well & knead for 10-12 minutes.
-Add egg & mix well,cover & refrigerate for 30 minutes.
-Dip hand in chilled water & knead again for 1-2 minutes.
-With the help of wet hand & take a mixture (400g).
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,place kabab on frying pan,press and spread evenly & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes each side (makes 3).
-Serve with BBQ hari chutney.

-Blender jug mein podina,hara dhania,lehsan,hari mircehin,lal mirch crushed,zeera,namak aur imli water dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein.
Prepare Chapli Kabab:
-Bowl mein malmal ka kapra rakh dein aur pyaz dal ker ache tarhan squeeze ker lein.
-Bowl mein grated & squeeze pyaz,beef qeema,adrak lehsan paste,hari mirch,tamatar,ajwain,lal mirch crushed,namak,sabut dhania,zeera,anardana,chakki ka atta aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 10-12 minutes kliya ache tarhan knead ker lein.
-Anda dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya refrigerate ker lein.
-Haath ko chilled water mein dip karein aur 1-2 minutes kliyad ubara knead ker lein.
-Geelay haath ki madad sa mixture (400g) lein.
-Tawa per cooking olil dal ker kabab rakh dein aur press ker ka evenly pheela lein aur halki ancch per 4-5 minutes (each side) kliya paka lein (makes 3).
-BBQ hari chutney ka saath serve karein.
