Ingredients:
Coconut Curry:
- Baisan (Gram flour) Roasted ½ Cup
- Dahi (Yogurt) 2 tbs
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- Pani (Water) 1-2 Cups
- Oil ½ tbs
- Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Pani (Water) 4-5 Cups or as required
- Coconut milk 1 Cup
Chicken Curry:
- Oil ½ Cup
- Pyaz (Onion) Pureed ½ Cup
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
- Hari mirch (Green chili) Paste 4-5
- Tamatar (Tomato) Pureed 3-4
- Tomato paste 1 & ½ tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- Chicken (Julienne cut or cubes) 700 gms
- Pani (Water) ½ Cup
Garnishes / Condiments:
- Oil 2 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) sliced
- Hari mirch (Green chilies) 4-5
- Noodles
- Lal mirch kuti huee (Red chili flakes) 1 tbs
Assembling:
- Noodles boiled 1 Pack or as required
- Coconut curry
- Chicken curry
- Chili oil
- Noodles Fried
- Lehsan (Garlic) Fried
- Hari mirch (Green chili) Fried
- Papri/Spicy chips
- Anda (Egg) Boiled & Chopped 2
- Hara pyaz (Green onion)
- Lemon juice
Directions:
In grinder,add gram flour,yogurt,turmeric powder and water,grind until well combined.
In pot,add oil,garlic paste,gram flour mixture and mix well.
Add salt,water and coconut milk,cook for 30-40 minutes and keep stirring in between.
In wok,add oil,onion puree and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Add ginger garlic paste,cumin seeds and sauté for a minute.
Add green chili paste,tomato puree and tomato paste,cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add salt,coriander powder,cumin powder,turmeric powder,red chili powder and mix well.
Add chicken and mix well.
Add water,cover and cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes,set aside.
Garnishes / Condiments:
In frying pan,add oil and garlic,fry until light golden,set aside.
Add green chilies,fry until crispy,set aside.
Add noodles,fry until golden,set aside.
Add red chili flakes,fry for 1 minute,set aside.
For Assembling:
Add noodles,coconut curry,chicken curry,chili oil,fired noodles,fried garlic,fried green chilies, papri, egg, green onion and lemon juice.
Fusion khowsuey is ready to serve.

Pot mein oil,lehsan paste,baisan ka mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Namak,pani aur coconut milk dal ker 30-40 minute kliya paka lein aur chamcha chalatay rahein.
Karhai mein oil aur pyaz ki puree dal ker 1-2 minute kliya saute ker lein.
Adrak lehsan paste aur zeera dal ker ek minute kliya sauté karein.
Hari mirch paste,tamatar puree aur tomato paste dal ker 1-2 minute kliya paka lein.
Namak,dhania powder,zeera powder,haldee powder,lal mirch powder dal ker mix ker lein.
Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pani dal ker dhak ker halki ancch per 8-10 minute kliya paka lein aur side per rakh dein.
Garnishes / Condiments:
Frying pan mein oil aur lehsan dal ker light golden fry karein,side per rakh dein.
Hari mirch dal ker crispy fry karein,side per rakh dein.
Noodles dal ker golden fry karein,side per rakh dein.
Lal mirch dal ker 1 minute kliya fry karein,side per rakh dein.
For Assembling:
Noodles dal ker uper sa coconut curry,chicken curry,chili oil,fried noodles,fried lehsan,papri,anda,hara pyaz aur lemon juice dal dein.
