Ingredients:
Garlic & Herb Butter Seasoning:
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 8-10 cloves
- Fresh parsley chopped 4 tbs
- Dried basil ½ tbs
- Dried thyme ½ tbs
- Dried rosemary ½ tbs
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Nurpur Butter unsalted 400g
Lemon & Herb Butter Seasoning:
- Fresh basil leaves chopped 4-5 tbs
- Lemon zest ½ tbs
- Soya (Dill) 1 tbs
- Dried oregano 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Lemon juice 2-3 tbs
- Nurpur Butter unsalted 400g
Jalapenos & Lime Butter Seasoning:
- Jalapeno chopped 2 tbs
- Lime zest 1 tbs
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Lime juice 1 tbs
- Nurpur Butter unsalted 400g
Directions:
Garlic & Herb Butter Seasoning:
In a bowl,add garlic,fresh parsley,dried basil,dried thyme,dried rosemary,salt,mix well & set aside.
In a bowl,add butter and bring it to room temperature and beat for 30 seconds.
Add prepared seasoning and beat well to combine.
On cling film,add garlic & herb butter,roll out,seal properly and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Lemon & Herb Butter Seasoning:
In a bowl,add fresh basil leaves,lemon zest,dill,dried oregano,salt,lemon juice,mix well & set aside.
In a bowl,add butter and bring it to room temperature and beat for 30 seconds.
Add prepared seasoning and beat well to combine.
On cling film,add lemon & herb butter,roll out,seal properly and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Jalapenos & Lime Butter Seasoning:
In a bowl,add jalapenos,lime zest,salt,lime juice,mix well& set aside.
In a bowl,add butter and bring it to room temperature and beat for 30 seconds.
Add prepared seasoning and beat well to combine.
On cling film,add jalapenos & herb butter,roll out,seal properly and refrigerate for 2 hours.
