Ingredients:
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder ½ tsp
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) crushed 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Zarda ka rang (Yellow food color) ¼ tsp or as required
- Lemon juice 2 tbs
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Machli (Fish) boneless cubes 500 gms
- Lemon slices (optional)
- Oil 2 tbs
- Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke
Fish Tikka with Gravy:
- Oil ¼ Cup
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) chopped 3 medium
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed ½ tsp or to taste
- Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed ½ tsp
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) crushed ½ tsp
- Adrak (Ginger) julienne
- Hari mirch (Green chilies) julienne
Directions:
In bowl,add red chili powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder,cumin seeds,salt,yellow food color,lemon juice,ginger garlic paste and mix well.
In bowl,add fish boneless cubes and prepared paste,mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
Thread lemon slices and marinated fish cubes on skewers.
In grill pan,add oil and fry on low flame until done.
Switch off the flame and give a charcoal smoke for 2 minutes & set aside.
Fish Tikka with Gravy:
In wok,add oil,ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Add tomatoes,mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
Add salt,red chili crushed,white pepper powder,black pepper powder,coriander powder,cumin seeds and mix well,cook until tomatoes are soft.
Add grilled fish cubes,ginger and green chilies,cover and simmer for 2 minutes.
Garnish with green chili and ginger & serve.

Bowl mein fish boneless cubes aur tayyar paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 30 minutes kliya matinate ker lein.
Lemon slices aur marinated machli ko skewers per laga lein.
Grill pan mein oil dal dein aur fish ko pak janay tak halki ancch per fry ker lein.
Chulha bund ker dein aur 2 minutes kliya koyla ka dhuwan dein & side per rakh dein.

Karhai mein oil aur adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2 minutes kliya paka lein.
Namak,lal mirch crushed,safed mirch powder,kali mirch powder,dhania powder aur zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur tamatar naram hunay tak paka lein.
Grilled fish cubes,adrak aur hari mirch dal dein aur dhak ker 2 minutes kliya dum per rakh dein.
Hari mirch aur adrak sa granish ker ka serve karein.
