Ingredients:
- Yellow fish boneless fillets ½ kg
- Lemon juice 2 tbs
- Water 2-3 Cups
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
- Soy sauce 1 tbs
- Olive oil 1 tbs
- Mayonnaise 3 tbs
- Cream 3 tbs
- Mustard paste 1 tbs
- Hot sauce 1 tbs
- Lemon juice ½ tbs
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
- Paprika powder ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 pinch or to taste
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) deseeded & chopped 2 medium
- Pickled cucumber chopped ¼ Cup
- Black olives sliced 2-3 tbs
Assembling:
- French bread slices
- Iceberg lettuce
- Black olives
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped
Directions:
In a bowl,add fish,lemon juice,water,mix well and rest it for 15 minutes & strain.
In a bowl,add fish,salt,black pepper powder,cumin powder,garlic powder,soy sauce,olive oil,mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.
In frying pan,add marinated fish fillets,cover & steam cook on low flame 2-3 minutes each side and turn sides in between.
Now shred cooked fillets with the help of fork & set aside.
In a bowl,add mayonnaise,cream,mustard paste,hot sauce,lemon juice,black pepper crushed,garlic powder,cumin powder,paprika powder,salt,tomatoes,pickled cucumber,black olives & mix well.
Now add cooked fish,mix well & set aside.
Assembling:
On french bread slice,add iceberg,prepared fish filling,black olives,green onion leaves (makes 8-10) & serve!
On french bread slice,add iceberg lettuce,prepared fish filling and place another french bread slice on top and & garnish with black olive.
Serve with tomato ketchup & potato fries!

Bowl mein fish,namak,kali mirch powder,zeera powder,lehsan powder,soy sauce aur olive oil dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 20 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
Frying pan mein marinated fish rakh dein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 2-3 minutes (each side) kliya steam cook ker lein aur bech bech mein sides turn kertay rahein.
Ab cooked fillets ko fork ki madad sa sherd ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein mayonnaise,cream,mustard paste,hot sauce,lemon juice,kali mirch crushed,lehsan powder, zeera powder,paprika powder,namak,tamatar,pickled cucumber aur black olives dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Ab cooked fish dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
French bread per iceberg,tayyar fish filling,black olive aur hara pyaz leaves dal ker serve karein (makes 8-10).
