Ingredients:
- Fish of your choice boneless cubes 500g
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
- Cornflour 2 tbs
- Lemon juice 1 tbs
- Anda (Egg) whisked 1
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
- Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
- Anday (Eggs) whisked 2
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 1 Cup
- Gajar (Carrot) julienne 1 cup
- Corn kernels boiled ½ Cup
- Band gobhi (Cabbage) shredded 1 Cup
- Chawal (Rice) 500g (soaked & boiled with salt)
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 & ½ tsp
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tbs
- Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Lemon juice ½ tbs
- Soy sauce 2 tbs
- Oyster sauce 1 tbs
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) chopped 1 Cup
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves
Directions:
In a bowl,add boneless fish cubes,black pepper powder,cumin powder,salt,red chilli crushed,cornflour & mix well.
Add lemon juice and egg and mix well.
In a frying pan,add cooking oil and fry fish cubes on medium flame until golden brown (6-8 minutes) & set aside.
In a wok,add cooking oil,whisked eggs,mix well & cook until it crumbles & set aside for later use.
In the same wok,add cooking oil,capsicum,carrot,corn kernels and mix well for a minute.
Add cabbage & mix well.
Add boiled rice & mix well.
Add salt,black pepper crushed,garlic powder,white pepper powder & mix well.
Add lemon juice,soy sauce,oyster sauce,crumbled eggs,green onion & mix well.
Add fried fish cubes and give it a good mix.
Garnish with green onion leaves & serve!

Karahi mein cocking oil aur whisked anday dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur crumble hunay tak paka lein aur bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein.
Us he karahi mein cooking oil,shimla mirch,gajar aur corn kernels dal ker ek minute kliya ache tarhan mix karein.
Band gobhi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Boiled chawal dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Namak,kali mirch crushed,lehsan powder aur safed mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Lemon juice,soy sauce,oyster sauce,crumbled eggs aur hara pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
