Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) pureed 2 medium
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Mong daal (Yellow lentil) ½ Cup (soaked for 1 hour)
-Chana daal (Split bengal gram) 1 & ½ Cup (soaked for 2 hours)
-Water 4 Cups
-Himalayan pink salt 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
Prepare Tadka:
-Cooking oil 4-5 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) sliced 4-5 cloves
-Sabut lal mirch (Button red chillies) 5-6
-Sukhi lal mirch (Dried red chillies) 4-5
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Cinnamon stick 1 large
Directions:
-In a clay pot,add cooking oil & heat it.
-Add pureed tomatoes,ginger garlic paste,mix well & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add yellow lentil,split bengal gram & mix well.
-Add water,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame until lentils are tender (20-25 minutes),check in between & add water if required.
-Add pink salt,mix well & let it cool until desired consistency.
Prepare Tadka:
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil & heat it.
-Add garlic & fry for a minute.
-Add button red chillies,dried red chillies,red chilli crushed & mix well.
-Now pour tarka on prepared daal & mix gently.
-Burn a cinnamon stick on open flame & add in prepared daal,cover & give smoke for 2-3 minutes.
-Serve fire tadka daal with boiled rice!
Ajza:

-Pureed tamatar aur adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Haldi powder aur lal mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Mong daal aur chana daal dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhakd ein aur daalein gul janay tak paka lein (20-25 minutes),bech mein check ker lein aur agar zarorat ho tou pani shamil ker lein.
-Pink salt dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur desired consistency ajanay tak paka lein.
Prepare Tadka:
-Frying pan mein cooking oil dal ker garam karein.
-Lehsan dal ker ek minute kliya fry ker lein.
-Sabut lal mirch,sukhi lal mirch aur lal mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Ab tadka ko tayyar daal mein dal ker gently mix ker lein.
-Darchini ko open flame mein jala lein aur daal mein dal ker dhak dein aur 2-3 minutes kliya dhuwan dein.
-Fire tadka daal ko boiled rice ka saath serve karein!
