Ingredients:
-Falsay (Grewia) 300g (1 & ½ Cup)
-Water ½ Cup
-Sugar 5 tbs or to taste
-Kala namak (Black salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lemon juice 1-2 tbs
Assembling:
-Lemon slices 2
-Pineapple chunks 2-3
-Podina (Mint leaves) 3-4
-Ice cubes as required
-Soda water 250ml
Direction:
-In a blending jug,add grewia,water & blend well then strain with the help of strainer in a saucepan & discard the residues.
-Turn on the flame,add sugar,black salt,lemon juice,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Let it cool.
Assembling:
-In a serving glass,add lemon slices,pineapple chunks,mint leaves & muddle until it releases juices & becomes aromatic.
-Add 2 tbs prepared grewia puree,ice cubes,soda water,stir well & serve!

-Chulha on karein,cheeni,kala namak aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein
Assembling:
-Serving glass mein lemon slices,pineapple chunks aur podian dal ker muddle ker lein.
-2 tbs tayyar falsa puree,ice cubes aur soda water dal ker stir ker lein & serve karein!
