Ingredients:

Prepare Spicy Hot Chicken:

  • Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
  • Chicken julienne cut 300g
  • Falak paprika powder ½ tsp
  • Falak garlic powder ½ tsp
  • Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
  • Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
  • Falak pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
  • Falak nashville hot seasoning ½ tsp
  • Tomato puree 2 tbs
  • Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 small

Prepare Chilli Cheese Sauce:

  • Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
  • Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
  • Fresh jalapeno chopped 1 tbs
  • Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tsp
  • Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup or as required
  • Falak pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
  • Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup

Prepare Fries:

  • Potato fries as required
  • Falak fries masala 2 tsp or to taste

Assembling:

  • Mozzarella cheese grated as required
  • Pickled jalapeno sliced
  • Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped

Directions:

Prepare Spicy Hot Chicken:

In a frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken & mix well until it changes color.

Add paprika powder,garlic powder,red chilli crushed,cumin powder,pink salt,nashville hot chicken seasoning,mix well & cook on medium flame for 6-8 minutes.

Add tomato puree,mix well & cook for a minute.

Add onion,mix well & set aside.

Prepare Chilli Cheese Sauce:

In a saucepan,add butter & let it melt.

Add garlic & sauté for a minute.

Add fresh jalapenos & mix well.

Add all-purpose flour,mix well & cook for a minute.

Add milk & whisk well.

Add pink salt,red chilli powder & sugar,mix well,bring it to boil & cook until it thickens.

Add cheddar cheese,mix well until cheese melts & set aside.

Prepare Fries:

In a bowl,add potato fries,sprinkle fries masala & toss well.

Assembling:

On cast iron pan,add seasoned potato fries,mozzarella cheese,prepared spicy hot chicken,prepared chilli cheese sauce,pickled jalapenos,spring onion & serve!
