Ingredients:

Banana & Strawberry Milkshake:

  • Banana 2
  • Strawberries frozen 1 Cup
  • Kaju (Cashew nuts) ¼ Cup
  • Honey 1/4 Cup or to taste
  • Pakola Full Cream Milk 3 Cups
  • Ice cubes as required

Dates & Apple Milkshake:

  • Khajoore (Dates) 1 Cup
  • Saib (Apples) peeled & cubes 1 Cup
  • Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) ½ tsp
  • Pakola Full Cream Milk 3 Cups
  • Ice cubes as required

Almonds & Figs Milkshake:

  • Badam (Almonds) 17-18 (soaked for 1 hour in warm water)
  • Injeer (Figs) 1 & ½ Cup (soaked for 1 hour in warm water)
  • Honey ¼ Cup or to taste
  • Pakola Full Cream Milk 3 Cups
  • Ice cubes as required

Directions:

Banana & Strawberry Milkshake:

In a blender jug,add banana,frozen strawberries,cashew nuts,honey, milk & blend well.

Add ice cubes & blend again.

Garnish with strawberry,banana,cashew nut & serve!

Serves 3

Dates & Apple Milkshake:

Deseeded dates with the help of hands.

In a blender jug,add dates,apple,cinnamon powder,milk & blend well.

Add ice cubes & blend again.

Garnish with date,cinnamon powder & serve!

Serves 3

Almonds & Figs Milkshake:

In a blender jug,add almonds,figs,honey,milk & blend well.

Add ice cubes & blend again.

Garnish with fig,almonds & serve!

Serves 3
