Ingredients:
-Khashkhash (Poppy seeds) 3 tbs soaked in 2 tbs water Substitute: Badam (Almonds) 10-12
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 2 tsp
-Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 3-4
-Kewra water 1 tsp
-Water 2-3 tbs or as required
-Dahi (Yogurt) 2 Cups
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 1 tbs
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 2 tbs
-Namak (Salt) 2 tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chllii powder) 2 tsp or to taste
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 8-10
-Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 1 tsp
-Laung (Cloves) 7-8
-Pyaz (Onion) fried & crushed ½ Cup
-Ghee (Clarified Butter) ¾ Cup or as required
-Water ½ Cup or as required
-Chicken mix boti 1 kg
-Water ½ Cup or as required
Directions:
-In a spice mixer,add soaked poppy seeds along with its water,cumin seeds,cinnamon sticks,green cardamom,kewra water,water,grind to make a paste & set aside.
-In a pot,add yogurt,ginger garlic paste,kashmiri red chilli powder,coriander powder,salt,red chilli powder,green cardamom,black peppercorns cloves,fried onion,blended paste,clarified butter,water & mix until well combined.
-Turn on the flame,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes,cover & cook on low flame until ghee separates (5-6 minutes).
-Add chicken,mix well & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add water & mix well,cover & cook on low flame until chicken is tender (20-25 minutes) then cook on high flame until ghee separates.
-Serve with roti.

-Spice mixer mein soaked khashkhash pani ka saath,zeera,darchini,hari elaichi,kewra water aur pani dal dein aur grind ker ka paste tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Pot mein dahi,adrak lehsan paste,kashmiri lal mirch powder,dhania powder,namak,lal mirch powder,hari elaichi,sabut kali mirch,laung,fried pyaz,blended paste,ghee aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chulha on karein,ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein aur dhak ker halki ancch per ghee alag ho janay tak paka lein (5-6 minutes).
-Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per chicken gul janay tak paka lein (20-25 minutes) phir tez ancch per ghee alag ho janay tak paka lein.
-Roti ka saath serve karein!
