On a strainer,add fruit cocktail,cham cham,wash thoroughly then strain well.
In a wok,add milk,sugar,mix well & bring it to boil.
In custard powder,add milk and whisk well.
In a wok,add dissolved custard while mixing & cook until custard is thick (2 minutes).
Transfer the wok on a large bowl filled with ice cubes and let it cool completely while mixing in between.
Add cream,ice cream,almonds & fold with the help of spatula.
Add colored vermicelli,banana,strained fruit cocktail & cham cham & mix gently.
Add red jelly,green jelly & give it a good mix.
In a serving dish,add lab e shiren,red & green jelly and garnish with red & green jelly,almonds, pistachios & serve!

Ek baday bowl mein ice cubes dal ker karahi ko us ka upper rakh dein aur chamcha chalatay hoye thanda ker lein.
Cream,ice cream aur badam dal ker spatula ki madad sa fold ker lein.
Colored vermicelli,banana aur strained fruit cocktail aur cham cham dal ker gently mix ker lein.
Red jelly aur green jelly dal ker mix karein.
Serving dish mein lab e shiren,red & green jelly dal dein,red & green jelly,badam aur pista sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
