In lukewarm water,add,sugar,instant yeast and mix well,cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
In bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt and mix.
Add dissolve yeast mixture,milk and knead well.
Add butter and mix well.
Gradually add all-purpose flour and knead for 8-10 minutes.
Cover and let it rest for 1 hour.
Grease hands with butter and knead dough again for 4-5 minutes with melted butter.
Sprinkle flour and cut the dough with the help of the cutter and make a smooth small balls (makes 16).
Grease 8 x 8” square baking pan with melted butter and place small balls of dough.
Cover and let it rest for 1 hour.
Apply milk on small dough balls with the help of the brush.
Bake in preheated oven at 200 C for 15 minutes.
After baking and apply milk,cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Makhan shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Thora thora ker ka maida shamil kertay jayein aur 8-10 minutes kliya ghond lein.
Dhak dein aur 1 hour kliya rakh dein.
Haathon ko makhan sa grease karein aur dough ko melted makhan sa 4-5 minutes kliya ache tarhan ghond lein.
Maida chirak dein aur dough ko cutter ki madad sa cut ker lein aur small smooth balls bana lein (makes 16).
8 x 8” square baking pan ko melted makhan sa grease karein aur dough ki small balls rakh dein.
Dhak dein aur 1 hour kliya rakh dein.
Chotay dough balls per brush ki madad sa doodh laga lein.
Preheated oven mein 200 C per 15 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
Baking ka bad buns per doodh laga lein aur dhak ker 15 minutes kliya rakh dein.
